So many people are living with ongoing challenges. Chronic illnesses, unhealed traumas, or PTSD that won’t quit. Yet, it’s so easy to feel isolated, worthless, lonely, powerless, hopeless, and misunderstood. Sometimes it’s hard to find words for the heavy feelings that creep across the body and can only be felt, not described.

But there is hope. And you are not alone.

About

Hey. It’s you. Welcome.

Therapeutic Offerings:

  • Individual Sessions
  • Couples Sessions
  • Family Sessions
  • Support Groups
  • Education Groups
  • Movement Sessions
    • Yoga for Trauma
    • Nature Therapy

I believe in a spectrum of emotional reaction, rather than a limiting model of “right” and “wrong”. It’s about who you are and what works for you and your healthiest life. You are the expert, and I am the facilitator. The focus of our work together is to help you (and your loved ones) identify what’s not working, understand it without judgment or blame, and take steps toward outcomes that bring relief and hopefully some genuine happiness!

The therapeutic experience is tailored to the needs and personality of the individual, couple, or family. Modalities can include creative writing and narrative approaches, art therapy, mindfulness, wilderness and nature-oriented approaches, trauma-informed yoga, EMDR with a focus on “parts work”, cognitive behavioral approaches, and attachment-based couples and parenting work.

Coaching Offerings:

  • Caregiver support and education
  • Individual cognitive and physical limitation compensation
  • Individual symptom tracking and medication organization

Coaching is provided to help caregivers and supporters better understand the struggles of their loved ones, more effectively manage symptoms and behaviors, find individual balance and self-care, and help provide connection and community.

Coaching is also for those with PTSD or other chronic conditions (Fibro, Chronic Fatigue, Lupus, Cancer, HIV/AIDS, Lyme Disease, Chronic Pain, MCS/Food Allergies, etc.) to find ways to accept the new realities of everyday life, manage the emotional and logistical hardships associated with being sick, and forge new ways to find joy, purpose, connection, and fulfillment.

You can do this. We can do this.

Currently accepting new clients. Will see adults and teens. Families and couples welcome.
